After six months of engaging CFO360's services, I am disappointed to report that there has been no discernible progress whatsoever. Despite being recommended by QuickBooks, my encounter with CFO360 has been thoroughly unsatisfactory. Their performance has consistently been marred by delays and inaccuracies. It's disheartening to observe that, even after half a year, there has been no noticeable improvement in the management of my company's accounts. A prolonged debate regarding the accuracy of our annual accounts prompted further scrutiny into the bookkeeping, which revealed significant discrepancies requiring an independent accountant's review. Additionally, despite submitting documentation requests back in October, we were met with continued delays, prompting us to terminate our association with CFO360 in March. However, this decision has resulted in further costs due to the extensive delay in our annual account completion. Despite efforts to address these issues directly, the lack of resolution compelled me to file a formal complaint with QuickBooks. In summary, my six-month experience with CFO360 has been profoundly disappointing, and I cannot, in good faith, endorse their services to others.
